While you should prioritize scholarships without application fees, don’t completely ignore the ones that do require a fee—especially if you meet the eligibility requirements.
Applying for a scholarship with an application fee may actually improve your chances of selection since fewer people might apply due to the cost. You can target one or two scholarships that require a fee while focusing on others that are free to apply for.

1. Canada – Master’s & PhD Scholarships

It offers financial support worth over $442,000, and IELTS is not required if your previous degree was in English.
